If you are in a stressful period in your life, there are several signs of stress to be aware of. It can be very different from person to person, which symptoms will occur. However, the first signs of stress are quite common for the vast majority.

You may experience having trouble sleeping at night. Many also experience having memory loss. Often your concentration will also be affected, as you will have a hard time keeping focus and will easily be distracted.

Our sleep is crucial for our bodies. Therefore, it is not unusual that you experience a lack of energy as one of the first signs. Furthermore, your mood can be affected as well. To put it briefly, you will feel like a different version of yourself in many ways.
